Movies, dinner, desert, shopping(!!), chatting, and lychees ... oh my.
Don't know. But the final quote of the story is excellent:
"The world can support a lot more vegetarian saints than Hummer-driving idiots."

Thanks to Shirly for introducing me to an incredible sushi place ... and cheesecake factory ... and the Borders clerk who shouldn't be allowed outside her little padded cell :-)
I learned that no matter what you know about someone there is always something more. Something special. Someting not. That is life. That is love. That is what a relationship is. A continual process of learning about someone, life and most importantly, your relationship with each other.
No nightmares tonight.
Just Lychee thoughts and smiles all-round. Did I mention Chedder and Gouda?
Well, I got my cilantro fix. Made up a batch of traditional mex food. TASTY!!!
I also followed the advice of Shirly "Don't call me Shirly" and checked out a 'asian' market down the road. I was like "right. asian market in Germantown. My ass." but I go and well DAMN! It's on par with the best asian markets in CA!! EXCELLENT fish selection and lots of little goodies :-)
So go Shirly!
... is just a character in a book I'm reading.
But dammit I've just realized how much I miss High Tech Burritos with their Cilantro sauce. sigh.
This morning when I booted my computer I got a little pop-up window that was a little odd. It was a reminder message I wrote 6 months ago when I was in California. It also had a phone number of someone that was a friend. At the time I deleted her phone number and encrypted it with a time stamp so that 6 months would go by before I could call her.
I completely forgot about it. And her.
So, no I don't want to do this.
